Terms and conditions of use of this website:

1. Only businesses, organisations or individuals physically based in Golden Bay, on the South Island of New Zealand may create listings or events on this site. If you create a listing or event and are not based in Golden Bay, your listing will be removed and you will forfeit any listing fees you have paid.

2. This is a family friendly site, as such please keep content and comments suitable for all ages. The admin reserves the right to delete posts or media deemed offensive or inappropriate. If you notice any such content, please report it. Repeat offenders will be deleted.

3. This site was created for the benefit of the Golden Bay community. It is maintained and supported in in the owner’s spare time and as such all support is on a best endeavours basis.

4. The owner of this site accepts no liability whatsoever for either the availability of this site, or any content on this site posted by other users.

5. Our privacy policy is simple: We will never share your information with anyone unless required to do so by law.
