Ameliorate (Emma Sutherland) – Massage, Reiki, Naturopathy

Ameliorate was established from my passion to enhance lives naturally through the healing of mind, body and soul. The name of my company, Ameliorate, reflects this in its meaning – to make or become better.

Throughout my working life, I have had a natural affinity towards roles in which I have been a resource or catalyst to enhance people’s lives. I have worked in the health field since 1994 in roles involving people with physical and mental disabilities and illness. This lead into commencing my massage training in 2005, becoming a Reiki practitioner/master (trainer) and qualifying as a Naturopath in 2008.

I offer the following services:

•  Massage (Therapeutic, Relaxation, Hotstone)
•  Reiki (treatment & training workshops)
•  Naturopathy

I love to be able to assist people to improve their health and wellbeing so that they can live their best life 🙂
